Example Nutrition Plans

PLEASE NOTE: These plans are intended to be used in conjunction with your personal triathlon coaching. They need some more explanation than just taking one to use for yourself, they are an example made for one athlete only.

These plans assumes the athlete needs around 2400kcal per day to maintain weight. If your calorie calculations or training requirements are different the plan will need modification.
